Non-Compete and Trade Secret Litigation


“Is my non-compete agreement enforceable?”  We frequently field this question from employers and employees alike.  The answer, however, is rarely clear-cut and usually requires a case-by-case analysis of all the facts and circumstances.  While Florida’s public policy favors the enforcement of non-compete agreements, there are many situations in which a court will modify a restrictive covenant or decline to enforce it altogether.  Mr. Hammond represents employers and individuals in restrictive covenant litigation in Florida and federal courts.
