Hammond Law Center defends management in litigation brought under laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, worker’s compensation retaliation laws and whistleblower protection statutes.  Mr. Hammond has represented clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, Florida state courts, various federal trial and appellate courts across the country, and the United States Supreme Court.
