Department of Labor Issues Temporary Regulations on Paid Sick Leave and Expanded FMLA

The U.S. Department of Labor issued temporary regulations interpreting the paid sick leave and expanded FMLA provisions of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act on April 1, 2020.  The regulations clarify a number of questions posed by employers.  Hammond Law Center’s answers to Frequently Asked Questions pertaining to the regulations are available in our COVID-19 Resource Center.
